Amal
Do you think this product would be useful?
Yes, it is fun to play
What are the interesting features about the product?
It has many of my favorite celebrities
How do you think the product could be further improved?
It needs to have levels, or goals
According to you, do you think the project should be selected for the Tech Fair?
No, it needs to be improved

Task 2.1 Conduct an Expert Evaluation (A person considered an expert interacts with the solution and then gets interviewed on aspects of its success. The expert may be the client)

·         Background music.

Task 4 - Explain the impact of the solution on the client/target audience
Answer to the questions written below and explain the impact of the solution to the target audience.
1.      To what extent has the client’s or target audience’s problem been solved?
With our game, they will be happy and forget all of their problems in life/school. It’s a game for             them to get away from the real world.
2.      How does this solution improve the client’s or target audience’s situation?
It helps because them not to be sad

3.      To what extent has the design brief met?
It said all the features in the game.

CRITERION C

Gnatt Chart:

The website I will be using to make the game:

I will be using scratch, because it's an easy and fast website to do coding on.
Also, I already know how to do coding on Scratch.

Process:
DAY ONE:

Here, I got all the things I need to make them game and I will start coding and change a few things by time, I will also search for tips on how to code properly to make an actual game.

DAY TWO:

I started coding the game, it is a hard job trying to move around the sprites but i will get it eventually.

DAY THREE:

I am almost done with the game but I need to make the donuts fall from the helicopter, that will be hard because I still don't know how to do that and coding on Scratch is very complicated.

FINAL:

I figured out how to code it to fall and I decided to change the game to;
the donuts and broken glass will fall down and you will move the boat left and right to catch the donuts, you can't catch the broken glass though.

CRITERION A

Task1- Spacecraft Navigation Software
Deep space navigation enables missions to precisely target distant solar system bodies and particular sites of interest on them. Navigation takes place in real time for spacecraft operation and control. It can also be used for creating higher-fidelity reconstructions of a craft’s trajectory for future course corrections, and for scientific and operational purposes.

Task2- SWOT analysis for Spacecraft Navigation Software:
Strength
weakness
Improves spacecraft travel through the solar system. It can help spacecraft move faster and use less fuel.
Something could go wrong with the spacecraft and it could affect the work NASA has in space and it could damage networks that we have for us to track what is going on around in space.
Opportunities
Threats
This could be used to search places in the solar system that nobody knows of and if somebody (in the future maybe) gets stuck out in space they could use it and search for them.
Something could go wrong and it could cause a problem for NASA and for some jobs in the world because it could affect the networks on earth and it could also cause damage to NASA's work.

Task 3 –
1
Justification for the Recycling Robot:
It is a good thing because, it is a nice an fun game to play with kids when they are bored or just for fun. This project could also help you use your rubbish (mostly; paper, cans, bottle, cardboard boxes, etc...) (recycle it) instead of throwing it away and causing pollution.

Task 4 – Design situation:

We are making this game because it might inspire people to make their own programs. We are also making this game because some people get bored and would like to play something that isn't very addicting (this game doesn't have much levels, you have lives and when you finish these lives, the game ends and you have to wait for 24 hours till your lives are re-made again), so it wont have a big affect on people. There isn't a specific target audience because the game is for all ages and all kinds of people.

Task 5 – Design brief:

I am going to design and make a game for the teach fair, in the game we will have a boat and inside the boat we will have celebrities that have to catch falling donuts and if they don’t catch the donuts, they lose and they are out of the game, until all the celebrities are out. the celebrities are like your lives and when all your lives are finished you will have to wait for it to re-charge. The donuts will fall from a helicopter and you have to move the boat to catch them from falling into the water.

Task 6 - Research plan:
(all resources are secondary)

Criterion B - Developing Ideas

Strand 1-

Strand 2 and 3-

Strand 4-

When i was choosing my sprite i had to make the sprite match with the situation and problem i am doing so it would be understandable because if it was in different colors and had a totally different sprite/background/theme, nobody will know what is going on and what my problem is.
For my first scene, i'm doing having two girl sprites on a field and there will be loud sound effects and they will be complaining about the noises and the colors in this scene will be dark and light because the colors cant all be the same or else it would be confusing for the person watching/playing.

DESIGN CYCLE:

I think my MYP Design Cycle was good, but next time I could maybe put it in meanings and sentences (and pictures too) to explain what each criterion means.

S.M.A.R.T. GOAL

By 10th December I want to achieve aLevel 6 by completing a Design project according to the expectations of teacher. I know I have reached my Goal when I can apply my skills to complete the task for the MYP design project. To reach my goal I need to work hard, listen to teacher's instructions, complete my homework and stay focused on tasks in the class.

SCRATCH:

TASK 5:

What does ‘programming’ in computers mean?
The process of developing and implementing various sets of instructions to enable a computer to do a certain task.

How has it evolved? What generations of computer exist?
It has existed for over 200 years.

TASK 4
